Telemarketing Executive

Our company is excited to announce that we are looking for a reliable Telemarketing Executive to join our team. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the group of Telemarketers. You will also be responsible for setting company goals and objectives. You should be promoting the products and services offered by the company. In addition to this, you should be calling potential customers to generate leads. You should be well versed in convincing the customers to buy the product and services. Resolving all the issues and queries by prospects or clients are some of the mandatory tasks for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound telesales.
  • English fluency is compulsory.
  • Follow up with prospects by phone or email in a timely manner.
  • Obtain new contact names, telephone numbers, and email addresses of prospects from direct calls and other sources such as websites.
  • Record and maintain reactions of prospects contacted into the database or CRM after the call.
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all services offered by QOLAC.
  • Contact businesses by telephone in order to solicit sales for services and create brand awareness.
  • Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
  • Pre-call planning and research to perform opportunity identification and need analysis at all prospect levels.

Requirements:

  • Age below or equal to 28 years.
  • SSC/HSC/Graduate in any discipline.
  • Some experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Speaking clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.
  • English Medium background is necessary.
  • Telemarketing experience is mandatory.
  • Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask.
  • Be professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette.
  • Ability to relate with a diverse group of people.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present analysis findings and recommendations for marketing strategies.
  • Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, etc.
  • Requirement can be relaxed for deserving candidates.
