Grievance Redress System

The Grievance Redress System (GRS) is an avenue for stakeholders to submit complaints directly to QOLAC if they believe that a QOLAC product, service, policy, or project has or is likely to have adverse effects on them, their community, or their environment. The GRS enhances QOLAC’s responsiveness and accountability to affected stakeholders by ensuring that grievances are promptly reviewed and addressed. The GRS starts implementation on 1st January 2023.
